ACCOUNT SET UP & HOW TO ORDER
Placing Orders:
Simply browse our Branded Merchandise catalogue or use the search tool to find a product. Once you’ve decided, select your quantity & click the “add to cart” button located beside the quantity field. Continue shopping until you have what you need. Once you are done, click the “Checkout” button on the right-hand side of your screen.
At this point you will be prompted to log in with your user name & password OR will be asked to create an account (if you don’t already have one). You can browse the store without initially having to log in.
Order Confirmation:
Once you have submitted your order & completed the checkout process you will automatically be emailed an order receipt. Once we have internally confirmed everything with your order, you will receive an order confirmation from a real person within our program department. Please keep a copy of either of these emails for your records.
Shipping Confirmation:
Once the goods have shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number that is integrated in real time with Purolator (our preferred courier) or another courier if requested.
Any orders placed within the Branded Merchandise catalogue for stocked items, we have a flat ground shipping rate of $10.
Invoicing & Payment Options:
Online catalogue merchandise purchases must be paid by credit card. Please follow the instructions on the check-out page for instructions.
Once the goods have been shipped, you will receive a copy of the invoice from our finance department along with a copy of the credit card receipt.
Account Set Up:
You may browse the catalogue without creating an account; however, to place an order you must create an account. This will save your information for future purchases as well as record your order history so that you can repeat orders, initiate returns or exchanges & to simply record your transactions.
Offline Ordering:
Orders can be placed via phone, fax or email. Please contact us directly for more information. We will require a written confirmation via email or fax.
CATALOGUE & PRODUCTS
Online Store Catalogue:
The FortisBC Branded Merchandise catalogue contains logoed items that are kept in stock at Full Line & will be ready to ship within 48-72 hours (excluding weekends & statutory holidays) pending on availability.
What if an item is out of stock?
We make every effort to keep all items in the Catalogue in stock at all times. Each item on the online catalogue store will state exactly how many units are in stock in real time (please keep in mind, inventory can sell quickly due to the size of your organization).
If, due to higher demand than expected & item is out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated time of arrival & the options available for your order.
Forgot Your Password:
If you can’t remember your password, then please click on the “Forgot Password” link when prompted to log in & an email will be sent directly to you with instructions on how to reset your password. This will only work if you’ve previously registered yourself & created a user profile.
Online Security Questions:
We treat security & privacy of our customer data extremely seriously. When you provide us with any personal information: your name, address, email & credit card number, it’s done on a secure server. One of today’s most advanced security systems Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypts all information you provide before sending it to our host server. Only when it reaches our host server is your information decrypted.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
To exchange an item from the Branded Merchandise catalogue, please send the un- used item back to us via prepaid freight within 10 days of our ship date. Include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation, along with a note to let us know which item/size you would like us to send back to you.
Returns for current stock items are accepted within 10 days of our ship date.
Discontinued & discounted products may not be returned or exchanged.
Shipping charges will be refunded only if we made an error in order processing.
We cannot accept exchanges/returns on custom, special order or sale items unless an error has been made in manufacturing.
If the goods were damaged during manufacturing, Full Line will replace the product free of charge. If goods were damaged during shipment, the customer must report this directly to the courier company upon receipt to process a claim. Please contact us for more information & we would be happy to assist you.
